Matching Loadout Battle Crate
A fair-play package with 10 matching Disruptor-style foam-dart blasters so everyone starts with the same style of blaster. Best for balanced team play, smaller birthdays, corporate events, school groups, sports teams, and hosts who want the cleanest possible setup.

Simple payment structure.
One $100 deposit holds your date and does double-duty on party day: half goes toward your rental total and half is held as a refundable equipment security deposit.
$100 saves your date
A $100 booking deposit reserves your party date. Need to reschedule? Just give us 48+ hours notice and we'll move it to your new date at no charge.
$50 applies, balance due
On party day, $50 of the deposit is credited toward your rental total. The remaining rental balance is due at delivery. Add-ons (Birthday Hero Blaster, Additional Nights) roll into that delivery balance.
$50 refunded in 5 business days
The other $50 is held as a refundable equipment security deposit. After we pick up and inspect the crate, we notify you and refund it within 5 business days, minus any charges for missing items or damage beyond normal use.
Cancellations and reschedules.
Life happens. Here's how we handle it:
- › More than 48 hours before your event: we'll transfer your $100 booking deposit to any open date within 90 days at no charge.
- › Within 48 hours of your event: the $100 booking deposit is forfeited (we've already turned away other bookings for your slot).
- › Weather: never penalized. See our weather policy for details.
- › If we ever cancel on you (illness, equipment failure, etc.): full refund or free reschedule, your choice.
Questions about the foam-dart party?
What happens if darts are lost or equipment is damaged during the party?
A few missing darts are part of the backyard-party universe, and we intentionally pack plenty for play. The refundable $50 equipment security deposit is mainly for missing blasters, missing accessories, avoidable damage, or equipment that is not returned. Normal scuffs, worn darts, and occasional small issues from regular play are not what the deposit is for.
What ages is Dart Drop best for?
All packages are recommended for ages 8+. Kids should be able to follow simple safety rules, keep safety glasses on, and listen when the supervising adult calls a reset.
Do adults need to supervise?
Yes. Dart Drop brings the fun, but a responsible adult still needs to be the referee, safety captain, and occasional snack-break negotiator. The supervising adult should review the quick-start guide, keep players in the play area, and pause the game if things get too wild.
Is safety eyewear required?
Yes. Safety glasses are included for the booked package and should be worn by every player during active play. Think of it as part of the uniform: eyewear on, boundaries set, then let the fun begin.
Which Battle Crate should I choose?
Choose Matching Loadout Battle Crate for 10 players or less and fair-play fun with matching blasters. Choose Variety Battle Crate if you want mixed blasters or need 10, 15, or 20 player sizing. Choose Glow-in-the-Dark Battle Crate for evening events with glow darts and lock-ins, and Mega Battle Crate when you want the biggest and baddest blasters in the fleet.
How does the $100 deposit work?
One $100 booking deposit reserves your date. On party day, $50 applies to your rental total and the other $50 is held as a refundable equipment security deposit. After we pick up and inspect the crate, we refund the security portion within 5 business days, minus any charges for missing items or damage beyond normal use. Need to reschedule? Can Dart Drop be used at a park?
Often, yes, but parks can come with their own rules about reservations, permits, parking, delivery access, and where active play is allowed. Tell us the park when you request your quote, and we will help you think through the details before party day.
Do you host the Dart Drop party?
Not as part of the standard rental menu. Dart Drop is a Drop & Go rental that families can unpack, use, repack, and leave ready for pickup. The goal is simple: open the crate, start the party, and avoid buying and storing all the gear yourself. Set up and clean up options may be available at an additional cost.
