How party crate booking works.
Every party crate follows the same simple structure. A $100 booking deposit reserves your date. On party day, $50 is credited toward your rental total and $50 is held as a refundable equipment security deposit. After we pick up and inspect the crate, the security portion is refunded within 5 business days.
Need to reschedule? Just give us 48+ hours notice and we'll move your $100 to a new date within 90 days at no charge. Inside 48 hours, the booking deposit is forfeited. Weather-related reschedules are never penalized. See our weather policy.
