What happens after you submit:

  1. The SPP Team reviews your request. We look at your date, location, guest count, party style, and any special details so we can confirm the best fit before sending a quote.
  2. You get a custom quote in your inbox. If your date and package are available, your quote will include the rental details, delivery and pickup plan, remaining balance, and a secure payment link for your deposit.
  3. We bring the fun. We deliver the crate, you host the memories, and we return for pickup at the agreed time.

Heads-up before you request a quote

A few quick policies so there are no surprises:

  • › $100 booking deposit reserves your date after your quote is approved. $50 applies to your rental balance, and $50 is refundable equipment security.
  • › Equipment security is refunded within 5 business days of pickup and inspection.
  • › Plans change? With more than 48 hours notice we transfer your deposit to any open date within 90 days at no charge.
  • › Weather: never penalized. We reschedule first.
