One $100 deposit holds your date and does double duty on party day: half goes toward your rental total and half is held as a refundable equipment security deposit.
$100 saves your date
A $100 booking deposit reserves your party date once your quote is approved.
$50 applies, balance due
On party day, $50 of the deposit is credited toward your rental total. The remaining rental balance is due at delivery, including any approved add-ons.
$50 refunded in 5 business days
The other $50 is held as a refundable equipment security deposit. After pickup and inspection, we refund it within 5 business days, minus charges for missing items or avoidable damage.
Cancellations, reschedules, and weather.
- › More than 48 hours before your event: we can transfer your $100 booking deposit to any open date within 90 days at no charge.
- › Within 48 hours of your event: the $100 booking deposit is forfeited because the booking slot has been held and other bookings may have been turned away.
- › Weather: never penalized. Weather concerns are handled with a reschedule-first approach, and the deposit can transfer to another open date within 90 days.
- › If we ever cancel on you due to illness, equipment failure, delivery issues, or something on our end: full refund or free reschedule, your choice.

What ages is the Campfire Campout Party best for?
It is recommended for little explorers ages 3 to 10, with a responsible adult supervising the campout. It works just as well for a preschool birthday as it does for a group of fourth graders.
Is this an indoor or outdoor party?
The Campfire Campout Party is indoor only. Living rooms, playrooms, finished basements, and bonus rooms all make a great campsite, and you never have to watch the forecast.
Is the campfire real?
No. The campfire is an inflatable prop, so there is no flame, no heat, no batteries, and nothing to plug in. It gives the campsite its center without any of the worry.
How many kids is it set up for?
The package is set up for six kids: six teepees, six cot-sized air mattresses with fitted sheets and camo blankets, and six projector flashlights. Planning a bigger group? Ask in your quote request and we will let you know what is possible for your date.
Are pillows included?
Pillows are not included. Most families have each camper bring their own pillow from home, which also makes it feel like a real sleepover.
Can we use it for a sleepover?
Yes. Every party is an overnight rental: we deliver on party day and pick everything up the next day, so your little explorers can sleep at camp. Want to keep camp open longer? Add an Extra Night for $100.
What happens if something gets stained or damaged?
Normal party wear is expected, because that is what parties are for. The refundable $50 equipment security deposit is mainly for missing pieces, avoidable damage, or equipment that is not returned.
Do you set up the campout for us?
The standard rental is ready-to-host: we deliver, you set up camp using the included guidance, and we pick everything up afterward. If you would rather have us build the campsite, add Setup Help when you request your quote.
