Runners, ropes, and backdrops are simple pieces, but placement matters: keep the carpet flat, secured, and free of curls or wrinkles that could trip a guest, and make sure stanchions and ropes are stable and clear of walkways. Guests in heels or dress shoes appreciate a smooth, snag-free path.
If you add uplights, keep cords taped down and away from foot traffic, and keep the backdrop and photo wall weighted or secured so it will not tip in wind or with excited guests leaning in for photos.

Simple payment structure.
One $100 deposit holds your date and does double duty on party day: half goes toward your rental total and half is held as a refundable equipment security deposit.
$100 saves your date
A $100 booking deposit reserves your party date once your quote is approved.
$50 applies, balance due
On party day, $50 of the deposit is credited toward your rental total. The remaining rental balance is due at delivery, including any approved add-ons.
$50 refunded in 5 business days
The other $50 is held as a refundable equipment security deposit. After pickup and inspection, we refund it within 5 business days, minus charges for missing items or avoidable damage.
Cancellations, reschedules, and weather.
- › More than 48 hours before your event: we can transfer your $100 booking deposit to any open date within 90 days at no charge.
- › Within 48 hours of your event: the $100 booking deposit is forfeited because the booking slot has been held and other bookings may have been turned away.
- › Weather: never penalized. Weather concerns are handled with a reschedule-first approach, and the deposit can transfer to another open date within 90 days.
- › If we ever cancel on you due to illness, equipment failure, delivery issues, or something on our end: full refund or free reschedule, your choice.

Absolutely — the VIP Photo Moment is built around the photo wall, props, and prompt cards. It makes a fantastic graduation photo setup even without a full party attached.

Beautifully. VIP Red Carpet pairs with Backyard Movie Night for premiere-style showings, and red carpet touches are available as a $95 add-on on Movie Night bookings. It also plays well with milestone birthday and award-night themes.

The standard rental is ready-to-host with simple guidance — most hosts have the carpet and ropes party-ready in minutes. Setup is available as an add-on option when you book, or for larger events, ask about it in your Company Quote request.
