Simple payment structure.
One $100 deposit holds your date and does double duty on party day: half goes toward your rental total and half is held as a refundable equipment security deposit.
$100 saves your date
A $100 booking deposit reserves your party date once your quote is approved.
$50 applies, balance due
On party day, $50 of the deposit is credited toward your rental total. The remaining rental balance is due at delivery, including any approved add-ons.
$50 refunded in 5 business days
The other $50 is held as a refundable equipment security deposit. After pickup and inspection, we refund it within 5 business days, minus charges for missing items or avoidable damage.
Cancellations, reschedules, and weather.
- › More than 48 hours before your event: we can transfer your $100 booking deposit to any open date within 90 days at no charge.
- › Within 48 hours of your event: the $100 booking deposit is forfeited because the booking slot has been held and other bookings may have been turned away.
- › Weather: never penalized. Weather concerns are handled with a reschedule-first approach, and the deposit can transfer to another open date within 90 days.
- › If we ever cancel on you due to illness, equipment failure, delivery issues, or something on our end: full refund or free reschedule, your choice.

Yes — it is one of our most flexible crates. Entryways, living rooms, gyms, halls, and backyards all work. Indoors or out, we will help you plan placement when you request your quote.
Which package should I choose?
Choose the VIP Entrance Moment for the classic carpet walk-in. Choose the VIP Photo Moment when you want the backdrop, props, and photo prompt cards for pictures. Choose the Premier Event Entrance for school dances, quinceañera-style arrivals, and corporate events that call for a full production.
Can we use it just for photos?
Absolutely — the VIP Photo Moment is built around the photo wall, props, and prompt cards. It makes a fantastic graduation photo setup even without a full party attached.
Does it pair with other crates?
Beautifully. VIP Red Carpet pairs with Backyard Movie Night for premiere-style showings, and red carpet touches are available as a $95 add-on on Movie Night bookings. It also plays well with milestone birthday and award-night themes.

The standard rental is ready-to-host with simple guidance — most hosts have the carpet and ropes party-ready in minutes. Setup support may be available for larger events depending on date, location, and staffing, and Premier Event Entrances are quoted with setup in mind.
