Simple payment structure.
One $100 deposit holds your date and does double duty on party day: half goes toward your rental total and half is held as a refundable equipment security deposit.

A $100 booking deposit reserves your party date once your quote is approved.
$50 applies, balance due
On party day, $50 of the deposit is credited toward your rental total. The remaining rental balance is due at delivery, including any approved add-ons.
$50 refunded in 5 business days
The other $50 is held as a refundable equipment security deposit. After pickup and inspection, we refund it within 5 business days, minus charges for missing items or avoidable damage.
Cancellations, reschedules, and weather.
- › More than 48 hours before your event: we can transfer your $100 booking deposit to any open date within 90 days at no charge.
- › Within 48 hours of your event: the $100 booking deposit is forfeited because the booking slot has been held and other bookings may have been turned away.
- › Weather: never penalized. Weather concerns are handled with a reschedule-first approach, and the deposit can transfer to another open date within 90 days.
- › If we ever cancel on you due to illness, equipment failure, delivery issues, or something on our end: full refund or free reschedule, your choice.

The core packages are outdoor-first, but the Premium Projected Simulator can work indoors with the right space — think garages, shops, or large rooms with enough ceiling height and swing room. Tell us about your space when you request a quote and we will help you figure out the fit.

How much space do we need?
A typical backyard works for the tournament setups — the nets are designed for safe, contained driving. The projected simulator needs room for the screen, projector, and a full swing. Share your space details in your quote request and we will confirm the fit before party day.
What about weather?
Weather is handled with a reschedule-first approach and is never penalized. If the forecast turns, your deposit can transfer to another open date within 90 days — or ask about moving a simulator package indoors.
