Little royals ages 2 to 6, princess-themed birthdays, royal sleepovers, indoor parties, photo-friendly celebrations, and families who want the party to feel magical without buying and storing everything themselves.
Simple payment structure.
One $100 deposit holds your date and does double duty on party day: half goes toward your rental total and half is held as a refundable equipment security deposit.
$100 saves your date
A $100 booking deposit reserves your party date once your quote is approved.
$50 applies, balance due
On party day, $50 of the deposit is credited toward your rental total. The remaining rental balance is due at delivery, including any approved add-ons.
$50 refunded in 5 business days
The other $50 is held as a refundable equipment security deposit. After pickup and inspection, we refund it within 5 business days, minus charges for missing items or avoidable damage.
Cancellations, reschedules, and weather.
- › More than 48 hours before your event: we can transfer your $100 booking deposit to any open date within 90 days at no charge.
- › Within 48 hours of your event: the $100 booking deposit is forfeited because the booking slot has been held and other bookings may have been turned away.
- › Weather: never penalized. Weather concerns are handled with a reschedule-first approach, and the deposit can transfer to another open date within 90 days.
- › If we ever cancel on you due to illness, equipment failure, delivery issues, or something on our end: full refund or free reschedule, your choice.

What ages is the Little Princess Party Crate best for?
It is recommended for little royals ages 2 to 6. Older siblings are welcome to join the fun, and a responsible adult should supervise the celebration.
Is this an indoor or outdoor party crate?
The Little Princess Party Crate is designed for indoor parties — living rooms, playrooms, and cozy spaces work beautifully. The optional inflatable castle add-on is the exception: it is best outdoors because of air-pump noise.
Can we use it for a sleepover?
Yes — royal sleepovers are one of the most popular ways to use this crate. The teepee tents, cozy bedding, twinkle lights, and star projector are made for it. Ask about overnight-style pieces and additional nights when you request your quote.
What happens if something gets stained or damaged?
Normal party wear is expected — that is what parties are for. The refundable $50 equipment security deposit is mainly for missing pieces, avoidable damage, or equipment that is not returned. Normal use from regular play is not what the deposit is for.
Do you set up the princess party for us?
The standard rental is ready-to-host: we deliver, you arrange the magic using the included guidance, and we pick everything up afterward. Setup support may be available at an additional cost depending on date, location, and staffing — just ask in your quote request.
