One $100 deposit holds your date and does double duty on party day: half goes toward your rental total and half is held as a refundable equipment security deposit.

A $100 booking deposit reserves your party date once your quote is approved.
$50 applies, balance due
On party day, $50 of the deposit is credited toward your rental total. The remaining rental balance is due at delivery, including any approved add-ons.
$50 refunded in 5 business days
The other $50 is held as a refundable equipment security deposit. After pickup and inspection, we refund it within 5 business days, minus charges for missing items or avoidable damage.
Cancellations, reschedules, and weather.
- › More than 48 hours before your event: we can transfer your $100 booking deposit to any open date within 90 days at no charge.
- › Within 48 hours of your event: the $100 booking deposit is forfeited because the booking slot has been held and other bookings may have been turned away.
- › Weather: never penalized. Weather concerns are handled with a reschedule-first approach, and the deposit can transfer to another open date within 90 days.
- › If we ever cancel on you due to illness, equipment failure, delivery issues, or something on our end: full refund or free reschedule, your choice.

What is the difference between the two packages?
The Cozy Village Sleepover Crate is the classic princess setup: six teepee tents with bedding, twinkle lights, a star projector, bubble street lamps, play gems, and royal game cards. The Royal Kingdom Crate includes everything in the Cozy Village plus the inflatable princess castle with its blower, ground tarp, and anchoring — big enough for all six little royals to play together. The castle is recommended outdoors, so if your party is fully indoors, the Cozy Village is usually the better fit.
What ages is the Little Princess Party Crate best for?
It is recommended for little royals ages 2 to 6. Older siblings are welcome to join the fun, and a responsible adult should supervise the celebration.
Is this an indoor or outdoor party crate?
The cozy village — teepees, bedding, and lights — is designed for indoor parties, and living rooms, playrooms, and cozy spaces work beautifully. The inflatable princess castle in the Royal Kingdom Crate is the exception: it is recommended outdoors on a flat, clean surface. Many families set up the village inside and the castle in the yard for the best of both.
Can we use it for a sleepover?
Yes — royal sleepovers are one of the most popular ways to use this crate. The teepee tents, cozy bedding, twinkle lights, and star projector are made for it. Every crate is an overnight rental: we deliver on the day of the party and pick everything up the next day, so the little royals can sleep in their cozy village.
What happens if something gets stained or damaged?
Normal party wear is expected — that is what parties are for. The refundable $50 equipment security deposit is mainly for missing pieces, avoidable damage, or equipment that is not returned. Normal use from regular play is not what the deposit is for.
Do you set up the princess party for us?
The standard rental is ready-to-host: we deliver, you arrange the magic using the included guidance, and we pick everything up afterward. Setup support may be available at an additional cost depending on date, location, and staffing — just ask in your quote request.
