Step 01

Tell us what kind of party you want.

Start with the party inquiry form and share the basics: your party date, address, guest count, age range, and which party crate or package caught your eye. You do not have to have every detail figured out before you reach out. That is the whole point of making party planning easier.

Mary reviews each request personally and sends a custom quote whenever possible within 24 hours. If the party needs a little extra thinking, like a larger guest count, a park location, or a special timing request, she will help sort through the details before anything is locked in.

What happens next: you receive a quote with package details, delivery expectations, total rental cost, the $100 booking deposit, payment link, and the next step to reserve your date.

Most quotes go out quickly, and we aim for within 24 hours whenever possible. Parents plan parties between errands, snack refills, and bedtime negotiations, so we keep the quote process clear and human.

💳 How the $100 deposit works

Think of it as a save-the-date plus a we-trust-you-with-our-gear combo. Need to reschedule? Give us 48+ hours notice and we'll move your $100 to your new date.

On party day, $50 goes toward your balance and $50 stays as a refundable equipment security deposit, refunded within 5 business days after we pick up and inspect the gear.

Step 02

Reserve your crate and lock in the date.

Once the quote looks good, your $100 booking deposit saves the date on the calendar. It's a single deposit that does double duty: it holds your spot now, and on party day half of it ($50) is applied to your rental total while the other half ($50) is held as a refundable equipment security deposit.

You will receive confirmation details with your package, rental window, delivery plan, pickup plan, and any party-day notes. The remaining rental balance is due at delivery.

Refunds, simply: after pickup we count, inspect, and clean the gear. The $50 equipment security is refunded within 5 business days of pickup. Normal scuffs, worn darts, and small signs of regular party play are expected. The security deposit is mainly there for missing items, avoidable damage, or equipment that does not make it back into the crate.
Step 03

We deliver the crate and party-day details.

On party day, we bring the rented supplies to the delivery address and complete the handoff with the supervising adult.

Each package includes the supplies and guidance needed for that rental. Some crates are simple unpack-and-play experiences, while others may need a little more adult help to place items, set boundaries, or get the party space ready.

Setup and cleanup services are not included by default unless they are specifically listed in your quote. Setup and cleanup options may be available at an additional cost depending on the crate, date, location, and staffing availability.

🚚 Delivery and pickup made simple

Delivery and pickup timing will be confirmed in your quote. Dart Drop delivery and pickup are available within the Spokane metro service area, including Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney, and more. Other crate availability may depend on the address, date, and package details.

🧼 Checked, sorted, and party-ready

Returned items are checked, sorted, and cleaned between rentals. The goal is for every family to open the crate and feel like the party is ready to roll, not like they inherited someone else’s mystery pile of supplies.

Step 04

Host the fun, then repack for pickup.

This is your moment: movie night, backyard games, spa giggles, sleepover memories, foam-dart action, red carpet photos, or whatever party magic your crate was built for.

When the fun winds down, repack the rented supplies according to the guide or crate notes and keep everything together for pickup. We return at the agreed time, complete a quick count/check, and take the supplies off your hands.

Once we've inspected the gear, we'll notify you and refund the $50 equipment security portion within 5 business days. You do not need to store a pile of party gear afterward, and you do not have to figure out where to keep a theme party collection forever. The crate leaves, the memories stay, and your house gets to go back to normal-ish.

No matter which party crate you choose, the structure stays simple: one $100 booking deposit reserves your date. On party day, $50 of it applies to your rental total and $50 is held as a refundable equipment security deposit. The remaining rental balance is due at delivery, and we refund the $50 security deposit within 5 business days of pickup.

If a package has add-ons, extended rental time, special delivery needs, or custom event support, those details will be included clearly in your quote before you book.

Cancellations and reschedules.

Life happens. Here's how we handle it:

  • More than 48 hours before your event: we'll transfer your $100 booking deposit to any open date within 90 days at no charge.
  • Within 48 hours of your event: the $100 booking deposit is forfeited because we've already turned away other bookings for your slot.
  • Weather: never penalized. See our weather policy for details.
  • If we ever cancel on you due to illness, equipment failure, delivery issues, or anything on our end: full refund or free reschedule, your choice.
