One $100 deposit holds your date and does double duty on party day: half goes toward your rental total and half is held as a refundable equipment security deposit.

A $100 booking deposit reserves your party date once your quote is approved.
$50 applies, balance due
On party day, $50 of the deposit is credited toward your rental total. The remaining rental balance is due at delivery, including any approved add-ons.
$50 refunded in 5 business days
The other $50 is held as a refundable equipment security deposit. After pickup and inspection, we refund it within 5 business days, minus charges for missing items or avoidable damage.

- › More than 48 hours before your event: we can transfer your $100 booking deposit to any open date within 90 days at no charge.
- › Within 48 hours of your event: the $100 booking deposit is forfeited because the booking slot has been held and other bookings may have been turned away.
- › Weather: never penalized. Weather concerns are handled with a reschedule-first approach, and the deposit can transfer to another open date within 90 days.
- › If we ever cancel on you due to illness, equipment failure, delivery issues, or something on our end: full refund or free reschedule, your choice.

What time can the movie start?
Outdoor projection looks best after sunset, so plan the showing for dusk or later. In Spokane summers that can mean a later start — many hosts run games, snacks, or the popcorn machine while the sky finishes dimming.
Do you provide the movie?
You bring the movie — stream it from your own account or play your own content through the projector. That keeps licensing simple and means you are in full control of the lineup. We provide the screen, projector, sound, and setup guidance.
What do we need to provide for power?
A standard outdoor outlet or a nearby indoor outlet with an extension path usually does the job. The crate includes a power kit and power guidance, and we will talk through your space when you request a quote.
What if the weather turns?
Weather is never penalized. We handle weather concerns with a reschedule-first approach, and your deposit can transfer to another open date within 90 days.
