Heads-up before you book
How quotes, deposits, and cancellations work
- Submitting the form does not require payment. It starts the custom quote process so Mary can check availability and recommend the right fit.
- One $100 booking deposit reserves your date after your quote is approved. $50 applies to your rental balance, and $50 is held as a refundable equipment security deposit.
- Equipment security is refunded within 5 business days after pickup and inspection.
- Setup, cleanup, and staffing are not included by default unless your quote says so. Ask if you want setup help, tech check, station layout, or event attendant support.
- Reschedule with 48+ hours notice: deposit transfers to any open date within 90 days at no charge.
- Within 48 hours of your event: deposit is forfeited because the slot has been held and other bookings may have been turned away.
- Weather: never penalized. See our weather policy.
- If we ever cancel on you: full refund or free reschedule, your choice.
