What happens after you submit:

Mary reviews your request. She looks at your date, ZIP code or service area, guest count, age range, party style, crate preference, and any notes so she can confirm the best fit.
You get a helpful follow-up. Mary will reach back out with available options, package recommendations, and next steps whenever possible within 24 hours. No pushy sales pitch — just a clearer path to the right party.
You reserve with a deposit when you are ready. After your rental plan is approved, a $100 booking deposit reserves your date. $50 applies to your rental balance, and $50 is held as refundable equipment security.
We deliver, you host, we pick up. We bring the crate at the confirmed time, you host the fun, and we return for pickup based on your quote. Setup, cleanup, or staffing are only included if your quote says so.

Good to know before you reserve

You do not need every detail figured out just to check availability, but these are the basics for when you are ready to reserve:

› $100 booking deposit reserves your date after your rental plan is approved. $50 applies to your rental balance, and $50 is refundable equipment security.
› Equipment security is refunded within 5 business days of pickup and inspection.
› Setup, cleanup, tech check, station layout, or event attendant support may be available as add-ons, but they are not included by default unless your quote says so.
› Plans change? With more than 48 hours notice, we can transfer your deposit to any open date within 90 days at no charge.
› Weather: never penalized. We use a reschedule-first approach whenever weather affects the party plan.
